Adding Friction

A loved one
is going through
a tough time financially.
They are between jobs.

I’ve been sending them funds
in the form of checks
every month.

They have gently requested
I eTransfer the money
as that would be easier
for them.

Easier isn’t the point.
The friction is deliberate.

I want them
to notice the fund transfer.

I’m sacrificing to send them
this money.
I want them
to appreciate that help.

Forcing them
to handle the check
does this.

Friction CAN add value
to a process.

Use it
to help you achieve
your goals.
