Lowering The Price Doesn’t Increase Customer Satisfaction

My readers’ (customers’)
expectations
for my free Romance Novels
(product samples)
are as high
as their expectations
for any of my other Novels.

A lower price
doesn’t decrease expectations.
It doesn’t make it easier
for me
to make those customers happy.

Price influences
whether or not
my product will be purchased.
It doesn’t influence
customer satisfaction.

“If you want to create satisfaction,
the two elements are:

Make useful promises
Keep them

Price is unrelated,
except for one thing:
Charge enough
that you can afford
to actually keep your promise.”

Lowering prices
won’t make customers
happier with your products/services.
