Haters hate
and one of the groups
haters are currently hating
is Millennials.
Millennials are perceived as killing
casual dining chains,
beer,
a gazillion other industries.
They’re labelled as being
lazy,
stupid,
unambitious,
ignorant about ancient technologies
such a rotary phones.
The list of complaints
about this generation goes on and on.
The issue is…
most people don’t even know
who Millennials are.
The oldest Millennials
are in their early 40s.
They aren’t kids.
They aren’t the teenagers
eating Tide Pods
or standing up
in support of gun control.
The next time
you hear someone
target Millennials
for blame/hatred,
keep in mind
that someone
likely doesn’t even know
who Millennials are.
This same lack of knowledge
usually applies
to ANY targeted group.
