I belong to about 800 Facebook groups.
Every month, I post in each one.
I ask a question
and I post the buy links
for my most recent release.
Then I interact
with anyone who comments.
I also belong to some groups
specifically focused on
my specific niches.
I don’t promote very often
in those groups.
I don’t have to do that
because I’m constantly interacting
with members.
When I have a release,
THEY usually promote that release.
Being promoted by another member
of the group
pushes way more sales
than if I had promoted
the book myself.
“Every niche has communities online
that you can get involved in.
But just signing up for a forum
and posting every once in a while
about your business
isn’t beneficial for anyone,
and will likely just annoy people.
Actively contribute and
build a rapport with the community,
while keeping your business out of it.”
There ARE online communities
for your niche,
whatever it is.
For example,
I visited an online community
for permanent roofing solutions
yesterday.
Find these online communities
and join them.
Become a regular
so when someone asks
for a recommendation,
YOUR business is one of the businesses
mentioned.
