There’s Always One

I have a group
of readers
who promote my books.
I reward these readers
once a month
with free copies of books.

The expectation
is they promote every week
(there are missions).

Most of them do this.

One member, however, only completes
the reward missions
(to get the free books).
She also completes these missions
a MONTH after they’re posted,
well after they serve any benefit.

And she’s very noisy
about wanting her reward
right away.

Lately, she’s been
such a pain in the a$$,
I’m considering ending the group.

Which is foolish
because…

There’s ALWAYS one person
in every group like this.

There will be one person
in your groups
like this also.

Expect her.
Don’t allow her existence
to influence your decisions.
