Looking at the world
in a different way
is rare and valuable.
If you have such an employee on your team,
engage her.
They’ll give you solutions
you’ll never dream of.
Just an observation, because I will admit I don’t know a lot about Frog Design and their client list, but I see jobs at Frog Design almost every week on coroflot.com.
Are they growing? Is it high turn over? Or does the smashed teapot not weed out the bad designers all that well, and they have to fire those who don’t fit in?
