Some of my writing buddies
work best
when they have
multiple stories (projects)
on the go.
They work for an hour
on one project
and then switch
to another project.
If this is the way
you HAVE to work,
work this way.
But know it impacts
you, your business
and
your projects.
It often slows
the completion time
for a project.
You’re only allocating
a portion of your time
to it.
Since many of us
only get paid
when a project is completed,
when a product/service is launched,
that can mean
a delay in receiving revenue,
which can cause cash flow issues.
Multiple projects
also incur more expenses
than a single project.
That can cause cash flow issues.
The entities funding
your business
can become impatient.
They aren’t seeing
a final product/service
and they aren’t seeing sales.
Unless you have a huge
nest egg,
I strongly suggest
working on one project
at a time.
Show others
you can complete a project.
And get paid
for that project.
