The Talking To A Real Person Advantage

I don’t have a personal assistant.
I don’t have very many bots
set up.

That makes me an exception
to…well…everything.

soon is right now.
Readers don’t expect
to reach writers directly.

I’m the exception,
not the rule.

When a reader sends me an email
to, say, unsubscribe
to my newsletter,
they get me.

I respond to them.
I make that email personal.

And they often freak out.
Not only did a REAL person
respond to them
but it was the REAL author.

Often it opens up
a discussion
and sometimes it saves
my relationship
with that reader (prospect).

Yes, it is a bit more work
but it is productive work.
It keeps me connected
to my readers
(prospects and customers).

And it is an advantage
I have
over the gazillion unit selling writers,
the bigger competitors.

There IS an advantage
to having your customers
speak to a real person.
