I try at least
one new marketing tactic
a week.
It is scary
and uncomfortable.
I feel like
I don’t know
what the f**k I’m doing.
I’m uncertain
it will work
or that I’m doing it correctly.
All of these feelings
happen EVERY TIME
I try a new tactic.
They are normal.
I expect to feel them
and I don’t allow them
to stop me.
“First we realize
something can be done.
Then we realize
we can’t do it.
And finally,
we get better at it.
It’s the second step
that messes with us.”
Don’t allow that second step
to stop you.
Discomfort is SUPPOSED
to accompany growth.
As my Awesome Mom
says,
“You have to crack a few eggs
to make an omelette.”
View discomfort as a sign
you’re on the right path.
Don’t allow it to stop you.
