Brag Marketing

I recently received an email
from a book marketing guru.
He was bragging about earning
$300 in a day.

He seemed proud
that he earned that
from a variety of products
– print books, eBooks,
audiobooks, workbooks, etc.

$300 in a day is
a good sales day for me,
especially if I have
no new book (product) releases.

But this guy is a marketing guru.
He sells courses
about how to market books.
These courses are
priced in the high 4 figures.

I was shocked
that he believed
that was a sales day
worthy of bragging about.

Adding that he earned those sales
from a variety of products
was less impressive,
not more impressive.
Each one of those products
took time and effort and resources
to produce.

Brag marketing CAN be
very effective.
Before you use it,
however,
ensure you have something
to truly brag about.
