Extra Time With Customers Over The Holidays

I’m super busy
around the holidays.
I have my usual writing
to complete
and also family and friends
to spend time with.

It’s tempting
to rush my interactions
with readers (customers),
to respond to messages
with the bare minimal
number of words,
to delay responding
until after the holidays.

The thing is…
Some of my readers (customers)
don’t have family
to spend the holidays with.

They contact me
to wish me
Happy Holidays
but what they truly want
is someone to talk with.
They want someone
to care about them.
They want someone
to tell them
their holiday wishes
made that someone’s day
a little brighter.

If you at all
have the time,
slow down
and give your customers
a little extra love
this holiday season.

but you will change
THEIR world.
