So we have to outsource tasks.
I outsource my covers,
my formatting,
my editing.
I will give my cover artist
my ideas for marketing campaigns
and she’ll craft the material for it.
There are certain things
I don’t outsource.
I don’t outsource the writing of my books,
for example.
That’s my core product,
the thing that makes my brand unique,
and I want control over it.
