more engagement
on your social media posts,
respond to comments.
I once asked a great writer
how she built
her readership (customer) base.
She said she responded
to EVERY email, EVERY message.
That was her number one ‘trick.’
If you respond to particular comments
and not all of them,
commenters WILL notice.
They will feel like
you don’t think them important enough
to respond to.
Responding to comments
is especially important
if you are asking for expert advice
and an expert responds.
If you don’t acknowledge
her/his contribution,
it is unlikely she/he will respond again.
Respond to comments.
It takes time
but it is worth that time.
