Do Your Social Media Contacts Reflect Your Market?

We all have biases.
It is part of being human.

These biases
can cost us customers,
business partners,
money, time.

One of the things
I do consciously
is look at my social media
friends/likes/contacts
and see if they reflect
the market I’m trying to serve.

For example,
Romance novel readers
are very diverse.
If I look at my contacts
and see they’re not diverse,
I know I have an issue.

Ensure your personal biases
aren’t f*cking up
your chances at success.
