Those “Kids” Are Your Future Customers

Yesterday, many students
in the U.S.
organized and took place
in a march.

I witnessed many writers
and other business builders
talking negatively
about the students.

Yes, the students
might not be their customers
today.
They aren’t my customers
either.

But they WILL be my customers
in less than
ten years.
These kids are internet savvy.
The internet is forever
and their opinions of my author brand
might be forever also.

Years from now,
the media will likely tell us
this generation
is ‘killing’ businesses.

The truth is
these businesses likely
lost the respect
and the future support
of this generation
during events like yesterday.

Treat the kids of today
like your customers of tomorrow.
