directly from full time corporate
to full time business building.
That was too risky,
too large a step
for me.
I think it is too risky,
too scary
for many people.
And it is one of the reasons
people
don’t start businesses.
Which is foolish.
There’s no need
for that
to be a roadblock.
You can do
as I did.
I moved
from full time corporate
to part time corporate
plus part time business building.
Part time work
is common now.
It has different constructs.
We can work 3 days a week, for example,
or we can work 3 months and
then take the next 3 months off.
Business building,
especially when we first start,
can have slow periods.
Perhaps a client needs us
only one day a week
or our products sell mostly
during the holidays.
Combining the two
makes sense to me.
It might make sense
to you.
