Surprise Reciprocity

I’ve talked numerous times
about how powerful reciprocity is.
Give prospects or customers
something for free
and they will be more likely
to do business in the future
from us.

In the Romance Novel Business,
I find surprise giveaways
are even more powerful.
I’ll give readers a bonus scene
or a bonus image
or send them a card via snail mail
and it will create excitement
around my stories.
