It is almost impossible
to contact a human
at Facebook.
Everything,
including dispute resolutions,
are run by bots.
If you are an average user
and only have average problems,
which the majority of people do,
you can use Facebook.
If you are the exception
in any way,
you will eventually
have your account disabled.
(This happened to me
months ago
and I still can’t restore it.)
Facebook knows this.
It is the sacrifice
they’re willing to make
to limit staff
and eliminate
other customer service related
expenses.
And this policy is
working for them.
They’re super successful
at what they do.
If you build a business
using mostly bots,
realize that business
won’t be for everyone.
You will be choosing
to have ‘average’
customers/clients/users,
not exceptional ones.
But there might be
enough average folks
to make your business
a roaring success.
