A salesman loved one
has landed more major deals
during this crisis
than he landed all last year.
He’s thriving
during this crisis.
His manager is eager
to bring him back
into the office
after the lockdown is lifted.
That manager
is a dumba$$.
This salesman loved one
is clearly thriving
in the work-at-home environment.
Allow him to remain there.
The online portion
of a buddy’s business
is booming.
Those sales are on track
to eclipse her store sales.
It makes no sense for her
to shift the resources
allocated right now
to the online part of the business
to the store part of the business.
I suspect there are people
or parts of your business
that are thriving
in the work-at-home environment also.
Does it make sense
for you
to keep those people or parts there?
If it is working
and it will still work
when there’s no crisis,
don’t change it.
Don’t mess with success.
