about cash flow
here at client k.
The reason for this
isn’t because
I’m obsessed with money.
It is because
if we run out of cash,
this glorious game
we’re playing
is over for us.
Our businesses
are in trouble.
(We’re seeing quite a bit
of this
during this crisis.)
I release a book (a product)
every two months.
Sales from that book
should, at the very least,
cover the next two months
of expenses.
If they do that,
I can afford to release books
forever.
That’s a freakin’ nice feeling.
Know your cash flow situation.
Always keep an eye on it.
