have to reduce shifts
or shut down completely
because their highly skilled employees
are ill.
There are already shortages
at some grocery stores.
Re-opening dining rooms
at restaurants
will increase the shortages.
Meat that would have previously
been shipped
to grocery stores
will now be shipped to restaurants.
Yet we don’t hear
discussions about this
when areas are considering
re-opening.
Before implementing a change,
look at the impact of that change
on the COMPLETE system.
All of it.
Because ‘fixing’ one part
of your system
could break other parts
and those parts
might be critical
for your business’ survival.
