I’ve been fortunate
to have some great male mentors
over the years.
They have certainly
made a huge contribution
to my success.
But there are issues
male mentors
don’t have the experience
to help with.
Not many males
have shared
the very common female experience
of having a person
stare at our chest
while we’re trying to
have a conversation,
for example.
That’s why it is
important for female business builders
to also have female mentors.
It is key to the success
of all women
that we support each other
in this and other ways.
