Pleasing Everyone

We all know
we can’t please everyone
with our products or services.

If I post a photo
of kittens
on social media,
I will receive at least
one comment
about how I should be
posting photos of puppies.

We KNOW
pleasing everyone
is impossible.

But how do we react
when we hear from someone
our products/services don’t please?

I tell myself
‘This isn’t my reader (customer).”
and I move on.

Sometimes I’m GRATEFUL
my books (products) don’t please them
because pleasing them
means I’m not pleasing
the readers I want buying my books.
