I write different stories,
romances that are
out of the box,
unusual.
When I built my team
(my editor, my cover artist,
my formatter),
I looked for people
who embraced different,
who were excited by the unusual.

It is challenging
to inspire folks to embrace change.
It is much easier
to simply surround yourself
with people
who already embrace it.
