One of my pen names
has a light, bubbly personality.
I make jokes.
I talk about love.
I try to associate happiness
with this pen name.

I also tackle serious issues.
I talk about tolerance.
I talk about the -isms.
I talk about how being different
is a great thing.

But I do this
in a light, fun way.
I stay positive, hopeful.

Having a happy, upbeat brand
doesn’t mean
you can’t tackle the serious issues.

You can change the world
and have a fun brand.
