Some days I dread writing for this blog.
I’m busy, really busy,
and finding articles to read
and write
takes time.
But I do it
because I promised to blog
every day.
And I learn.
I learn a little more every day.
I read about business
when I’d rather stare at the back of my eyelids.
I constantly search for new topics.
I put in a little more work
than I normally would
into my continuous learning.
I’ve reached the conclusion
that I need to do the same thing
with my writing career.
I tell myself to study writing every day
but when I get busy,
that studying is dropped.
If I had a daily writing blog,
I wouldn’t drop the studying.
To be successful,
you need to learn something new
in your chosen field
every single day.
Figure out how to make that happen.
