Seth Godin is offering free copies
of yet another great eBook
he’s helped put together.
One of my favorite pages
is from Made To Stick’s
Chip and Dan Heath.
“You’re probably trying to change things
at home or at work.
Stop agonizing about what’s not working.
Instead, ask yourself,
“What’s working well, right now,
and how can I do more of it?””
This aligns with the
‘do more of what you’re good at
and delegate the rest’
thinking.
If you have a choice,
do more of what works
and less of what doesn’t.

Hi K,
I hope all is well with you.
Did you really read this book?
It is really really dull and hard to read.
Elisha.
Elisha,
I didn’t find any of it truly revolutionary.
There was quite a bit on causes
but I gathered that was the purpose of the eBook
and as I’m not in an executive position
with charities,
I found what they’re doing interesting.
K
