Getting Things Done

When people ask me what I do,
I tell them “I get things done.”
I say I’m going to do something
and then do it.

It might not be a successful,
it might not always be the “right” thing,
I may not actually do the work myself,
but I execute.

There’s value in that ability.
As Jeffrey Pfeffer says
“success depends on execution—
on the ability to get things done.”

  1. As your friend and blogging partner, I fully agree that you get things done- you do what you say you will! Me? I consider myself a bulldozer. I can get in places and create room for things to happen, so people like you can get in there and get ‘er done!

  2. So true! Even if what you do, ends up being the biggest mistake of your life, at least you’d have learn something (hopefully).
Moreover, there will be no “what if” regrets, and also you’ll definitely know the outcome.
